Users who recently registered at the blogorator.com blog rating system might have experienced problems when trying to log in to their account. There has been a very stupid error built in the code, which I jsut haven’t noticed.
Sorry to you guys! Of course just after I noticed the problem, I fixed the issue and you all are now able to log in to your accounts at blogorator.com, check your stats, add some more information about yourself and get the rating widget for your blog.

Hey, finally our users can tell a little bit more about themself. We have added a feature hat allows users to write a comment and add their username and location to their user page. You can tell the world more about you by following the link to “Edit user information” on your user profile, right after you logged in. The information you enter is displayed on your personal user page, right next to your image. Which of course you should have uploaded already

Did you know that you can upload an image to blogorator.com? This image is shown as a small avatar on your profile page and whenever you write a comment. To upload your image, simply log in to your blog rating account and choose the link “Upload avatar”.
Please note, that our software automatically crops the image to a square. So your face should be centered in the image you upload. We would love to see who is actually using our service.

Blogorator is now online for one week. We have already gained a few blogs which use our blog rating widget and are very happy about this. We have steadily aded new features in the last days. Just now I have added a very important feature, which allows registered users to write comments to blogs. Soon we will enable more comment-elated functions, such as writing comments to users and sening privat mails on Blogorator.com.
We will also add a feature to our blog rating service, which will display user avatars in the rating widget on users blogs.

Blogorator is a blog rating website. The main part of Blogorator is a Javascript widget, which blog owners can include in their website. This widget displays a 5 stars, on which visitors can click. By clicking on one of the stars, the visior gives his rating for the particular blog. This is not only fun, but as a blog owner you can get direct feedback from your visitors. Blogorator supplies a thorough statistic to blog owner, like how many visitors gave the blog which rating. Also we give a real link to all the blogs that are registered with Blogorator. Of course each webmaster can register as many blogs as he wants at Blogorator.

Blogorator Pre-Launch blog

Today the Blogorator team launches it’s very own blog. We will keep this blog updated with information on the progress on Blogorator, as we prepare our blog rating system.
We aim to launch a fully functional version of our blog rating website in late June 2007.
